Job Purpose

Learning & development at Godrej capital aims at creating business impact & help employees advance their skills and knowledge.


This role requires an individual to centrally anchor the organisation’s Learning & Development agenda through planning, execution of strategy & continuous collaboration.

As part of the GC L&D Team, the role holder will primarily focus on driving all aspects of anchoring learning interventions.

  • Co-creating and rolling out of Leadership, Functional and Behavioural training initiatives.
  • Build content through research on concepts/frameworks in OD, behavioural capability and new training methods, for driving learning interventions.
  • Drive and execute various stages of the learning journey to ensure a smooth & value-adding experience for learners.
  • Periodically monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, cost consumption and ROI to generate exhaustive report on each of these parameters.
  • Maintain the back-end management of learning administration which includes training logistics, coverage, certification, and knowledge assessments.

Qualification & experience

  • Years of experience – Master’s Degree in Management (preferably Human Resources) or any Social Science
  • Mandatory Qualification – 4 to 7 years’ experience in total

Essential skills

  • Understanding of Instructional Designing Principles including ADDIE model, Bloom’s Taxonomy and Kirk Patrick’s Levels of Evaluation
  • Stakeholder management skills - ability to build & maintain good rapport with employees from other departments and vendors
  • Experience on driving a Learning Management System will be helpful
  • High Proficiency in using MS excel for data reporting and analysis
  • High proficiency in creating presentations using PowerPoint & Canva
  • High proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
