C. Role Purpose
Responsible to enable ETF sales by leveraging product knowledge and supporting the zonal sales team.
Primarily responsible for conducting product trainings and knowledge sessions for distributors,
investors and internal employees and achieving ETF business targets for the assigned Region. To be the
Single point of contact for all ETF related sales closures & queries of the team and investors
D. Key Accountabilities
1) Responsible for Concept Selling across the region, leveraging mapped distributor & investor
relationships
2) Drive Sales through National & Regional Distributors, RIAs, Wealth & other retail distribution
channels.
3) Design and execute sales strategies with local distribution channels and broking platform
4) Responsible for ETF targets(Net Sales, Investor Count, IAP Events) for the Zone and to create
positive environment to drive passive products sales
5) To conduct Regular Training and Knowledge Sessions for distributors, Internal Employees &

investors across the Zone for continuous Knowledge upgrade, Keep the Sales Team updated
with any product related information
6) To conduct Regular individual & group meetings with investors and articulate products and
Market Outlook effectively, position products in the best interest of all stakeholders, simplify all
aspects of Capital market
7) Grow, develop and activate new distribution and business verticals – PMS, PFs, Broking, Family
Offices
8) Providing critical ground level feedback for enhancing business activities, products & any other
feedback based on customer & team interaction
9) Give market feedback to central team on Competition Products Positioning and Product sales in
market
10) Recommend ETF's as part of Asset Allocation / Core portfolio to investors directly or through RM's
