We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as freelance recruiters on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent learning opportunity . You can either work from home or from our offices. We are in search of ambitious individuals who are interested in recruiting on an international basis.

Role and Responsibilities
Manage full-cycler ecruitment for a host of assigned searches.
Source, screen, schedule,conduct interviews,and processall prospective candidates.
Conducts creening interviews over the phone
Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods i.e. “web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals and contacts.
Required Skills
Manage expectations with the hiring managers.
Adept at communicating effectively across all levels.
Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
Pro-activeand hands-on attitude to work.
Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Required Experience
Minimumof 1-10 years ofrecruiting experience.
Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network
