Sales Analytics, MIS & Reporting

  1. Coordinates with the entire sales team to ensure sales achievements for various sales parameters are documented and presented for tracking against targets
  2. Works closely with the Head- Mortgages to cascade business unit level goals into zone/ region/ branch and individual level targets
  3. Prepares sales analytics and provides insights on observable patterns, MOM/ QOQ/ YOY variances and growth projections 
  4. Drives desired behaviours through the creation of innovative dashboards and sales metric publishing
  5. Ensure timely circulation of data to all relevant internal stakeholders
  6. Assists the Head- Mortgages and Zone Heads in the preparation of critical presentations on Mortgage sales performance
  7. Collates, prepares and monitors Mortgages business line budget and tracks income and expenses through sales achievement , fee accrual and expenditure on events/ marketing activities
  8. Maintains manpower/ HC reports for Mortgages
  9. Provides various Mortgage Data & Projections to the accounts team such as 
    1. MOM Estimated Disbursal & Fee Income
    2. Monthly Float details for P&L.
    3. MOM Mortgage Initiative Updates.
    4. CEO review Data.
    5. MOM Mortgage Disbursal Pipeline.
    6. MOM DSA & Vendor bill provision.

 

Mortgage Business Operations

Management

  1. Tracks and computes sales incentives based on sales incentive structures. Ensures payouts are made in line with target achievements and incentive plans
  2. Ensures NEFT activation for third party payouts
  3. Ensures vendor empanelment is completed prior to initiating payouts
  4. Ensures sales incentive and channel partner payouts are in line with budgets and reconciles the same. Highlights discrepancies if any to the Head- Mortgages
  5. Responds on TDS queries from channel partners and ensures resolution and reconciliation
  6. Computes and ensures payouts between businesses with ABFL for lead sharing activities basis approvals from Head- Mortgages
  7. Executes channel partner empanelment and ensures accurate documentation and closure
  8. Reconciles pricing matrix given by Treasury and final money allocation in the business budget
  9. Coordinates with the Treasury team for fund allocation and also provides weekly projections through MIS.

Insurance & HL Transaction Processing

  1. Supervises processing of end to end transactions for HL for employees of ABFL including coordination with credit risk and operations teams on the file
  2. Drives the achievement of     Third party Insurance Premium     targets through the Mortgages team
  3. Monitors Insurance revenue  and reports Insurance sales status through MIS
  4. Launches & tracks Insurance promotional activities

IT Systems Management

  1. Ensures that the Lead Management System and online portal for DSAs have no downtime
  2. Works on projects to enhance system functionality and on system upgrades based on business need
  3. Works on

Miscellaneous Business Projects/ Ad Hoc Requirements

  1. Prepares reports/ documents/ business plan projections/ presentations on an ad hoc basis for the Mortgages business leadership team
  2. Coordinates leadership team meetings and tracks follow on actions from sales meets to closure
  3. Benchmarks sales incentive schemes and channel partner rates against industry to build in competitive edge while assisting Mortgages leadership team in design of plans 
  4. Provides relevant sales data to support branch audits/ sales process audits and tracks/ address observations to close in conjunction with the sales teams
