Enhance Relationship Value Enhancement Help customer with appropriate products to
fulfil family and business banking needs,
including those of Group Firms, and thereby
maximize relationship value

Product Penetration
Understand customers business profile /
requirements and fulfil needs via
products/services such as Trade Finance /
Forex, Cash Management Services, POS
Machines / Payment gateway solutions,
doorstep banking, Loans, Life / General
Insurance etc.
Migration to Digital Platform Migration of transactions to Digital Banking
Channels i.e. Net Banking/ E-Net, Mobile
Banking, Phone Banking, Insta-Alerts, Email
Statements etc as per customer profile / needs
/ preference
Central Initiatives Maintaining portfolio health i.e. Account
activation & balance maintenance
Ensure action on central triggers / customer
