Job Description

Post acquisition of account, the position is required to manage and generate revenue from existing customers whom working capital (unsecured revolving credit line, Bill discounting, Term loan and DLOD) is extended. Primary objective is to provide superior service, higher customer engagement, manage portfolio quality, control customer attrition and grow AUM profitably

Desired Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end portfolio management
  • Prior experience of customer retention, deepening and win-back in any digital product

Key Deliverables

  • Shall be responsible for entire lifecycle of the customer post customer acquisition – Build AUM and manage portfolio quality.
  • Manage a team of Portfolio Management Executives
  • Early Engagement and Activation of new working capital accounts. Also provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges etc. to the customer and ensure best on-boarding service standards
  • Design and implement initiatives including marketing campaigns and system enhancement to maximize portfolio growth, revolve rate, profitability and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Product, Credit, Marketing, Finance, and Operations in the execution of such strategies
  • Develop a customer lifecycle management framework to identify momentum change and initiate actions to re-engage with customers and stem attrition
  • Identify and implement opportunities to drive fee revenue in portfolio
  • Responsible for renewal cycle of the client within the stipulated time.
  • Monitoring and review of clients at periodic intervals on operational and financial conduct of accounts for detection of early warning signals.
  • Preparing phased reduce and exit strategy for stress accounts along with other departments
  • Ensures all customer issue resolution is within TAT resulting in higher customer satisfaction
