Job Purpose

 
To run initiatives in line with key objectives of improvement in credits in the account, managing delinquency & housekeeping of high critical accounts and support in improvement of portfolio health.

 

Key Responsibility Areas : 

Actionable 

Managing Credits in the account

  1. Serve as one-point contact for all EEG LCHU customers for the area. 

  2. Meeting every LCHU atleast once in a month and ensure entire sales proceeds moved to the bank. 

  3. Liasoning with RM / TH, Credit & Collection team members wherever their inputs are required.

  4. Managing 200-250 customers, wherein adequate credits not routed thru the bank. Identify exact reason for the same resolution for the same to be implemented.

  5. Keeping track of LCHU accounts and controlling Out of Order (OOO) slippages 

  6. Timely and appropriate escalation of issues and suggest probable solution

  7. Speed / effectiveness in resolution of customer complaints

Customer Visits

  1. Every customer to be met min twice in a quarter and Call Memo to be prepared along with the concerned RM 

  2. Coordinating with relevant RM / TH, Credit, Collection, customer and Branch for moving credits in the bank

Reduction in LCHU

  1. Reviewing EW data pertaining to LCHU and devise strategy for each customer for improvement in credit in the bank

  2. In case of OBCA – Liasoning with other bank for closure of a/c   

Out of Order NPA reduction

  1. Ensuring recovery of amount from Current Account with the bank

  2. Ensuring recovery of OOO-NPA portfolio

  3. Ensuring appropriate credits happening in all accounts to avoid OOO-NPA

  4. Understand route cause of the issue and if required Exit the a/c
