Job Description

  • Design , develop And Build New HR service Offerings
  • Creating & then executing Go-To-Market Strategies to Build All HR Portfolios / Services through Strategic Planning i.e for Hiring, Payroll, Etc of all services that can be offered to clients as an HR consulting firm
  • Accelerating revenue growth by creating end-to-end digital journeys for Client on boarding & servicing
  •  Establishing new product partnerships for the Clients for all HR Related Aspects
  • Lead collaboration among all HR Product functions
  • Collecting, compiling, and analyzing HR data, metrics, and statistics for the purpose of external and internal reporting
  • Analyze, prepare and present data driven insights and actionable for HR Team as a part of multiple projects
  • Preparation of regular dashboards to CHRO and Senior HR Leaders on key people metrics
  • Ensure revamps / reviews are incorporated in a timely manner.        

Job Purpose

As a Product Manager for a Consulting firm , the Incumbent should be able to design , develop,  make Taylor Made Services and offer those services as a product to the Client in order to make Additional revenues  & offer additional services with diversified product Features.

 

 

Educational Qualifications

Key Skills

Graduation (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or HR) with MBA

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Basic HR processes
  • Good Co-ordination skills
  • Excellent/Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Programming skills desirable
  • Statistical analysis and modelling

Experience Required

  • Experience in years 4-6  years
  • Experience in creating ad-hoc reports
  • Exposure to HR Reporting/Analytics preferable
  • Experience in data tools like PowerBI or Tableau preferable
