  2. Sales Reports/ MIS help Senior Management identify product portfolio skews/ discrepant trends and make accurate projections on business outlay and outcomes’
  3. Sales MIS acts as a feeder to relevant regulatory/ financial reporting requirements

 

 

Key Challenges

  1. To monitor a large number of critical variables with respect to sales across regions and ensure near real time updates of the same in an accurate manner
  2. To manage large volumes of constantly changing sales data and ensure various internal stakeholders adhere to timelines on submission of accurate data
  3. To ensure accuracy in the reconciliation of sales figures [ targets versus achievement], sales incentive payouts, distributor payouts, payouts between businesses foe lead generations and transaction processing
  4. To share key insights with leadership on sales trends and projections to enable strategic decision making
  5. to turn around ad hoc presentations/ MIS with stiff timelines
