Job Description: Sales Manager – Car Loans
Location: Mumbai
Organization: Private Bank
Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for car loans in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with car dealerships, DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), and other channel partners to drive loan business.

Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales executives to achieve their individual and collective targets.
- Provide regular training and support to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales techniques.

Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend and execute strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.

Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure adherence to all internal and external regulatory guidelines during the loan process.
- Supervise the accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate (mandatory); MBA in Finance/Marketing preferred.
- Experience: 5-7 years of sales experience in the car loans segment, preferably with a bank or NBFC.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of car loan products and the lending process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.
