Business Responsibility:

ZSM – Rs 4-5 Cr Per month (Disbursement)

TSM – Rs 2 -3 Cr Per month (Disbursement)

Location: Zonal & Branch Offices

Desired Years of experience:

  • ZSM - At least 8 -10 years’ experience within sales 

  • TSM - At least 5 -7 years’ experience within sales

Key Objective of the Job:

The role shall be responsible for generating sales, increase in wallet share by creating, nurturing and deepening relationship with Existing and New clients (Strategic and Super Strategic Customers). Shall be responsible to grow business, manage portfolio quality and profitability of the respective territory.  Also, shall be responsible for creating additional distribution/ DSA/ Channel partners/ Dealers within the territory.







 

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve Disbursement targets assigned to the territory through used commercial vehicle/ Construction equipment financing or through LAP, Bills Discounting and Unsecured Business Loan 

  • Manage end to end collections.

  • Compliance management as per guidelines.

  • Create and Manage relationship with DSA/ Dealer Network.

  • Manage Manpower productivity.

  • Impart regular training of multiple products to team member.

Education Qualification: 

Minimum qualification should be Graduate. MBA with finance/ Marketing would be preferred.

Hiring Parameters:

  • Strong local market connects with the ability to source through direct and DSA mode. 

  • Should have prior experience in financing to logistics, Infra and mining customers.

  • Prior relationship with Strategic and Super Strategic customers would be an added advantage.

  • Prior Experience of Commercial Vehicles/Construction equipment finance is a must. Additional experience of LAP, Unsecured Business Loan and Bills Discounting would be given preference.
