The candidate will be a part of the Legal Team handling cases filed By the Bank i.e. cases U/S 138 N.I Act, U/S 25 PASA, Arbitration & Conciliation Proceedings, DRT Proceedings etc. The candidate will be required to manage cases across products for the portfolio related to Delhi NCR region. The candidate will be expected to manage all the cases in regard with drafting and vetting of legal notices and other legal drafts, cases filed in various Courts and Tribunals across Delhi.
