Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Lending Group under the Dealer Finance vertical. The candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding the dealer finance portfolio, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business targets.
Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Management:
- Manage the dealer finance portfolio by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
- Analyze financial statements and assess the creditworthiness of dealers.

Business Development:
- Identify and target potential dealer clients to expand the portfolio.
- Collaborate with OEMs and channel partners to generate business leads.

Credit Analysis and Processing:
- Work closely with the credit team to process loan applications and ensure timely approvals.
- Present credit proposals with detailed assessments and justifications.

Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a single point of contact for dealer clients, addressing their financial needs and queries.
- Ensure excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Provide insights to enhance product offerings and strategies.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and credit guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in dealer finance or corporate lending.
- Prior experience in an NBFC or bank is highly desirable.
- Additional Requirements:
- Strong network within the dealer and corporate ecosystem.
- Willingness to travel as required.
